Find drafts and review AI usage
Keep review work separate from workspace-wide usage.
Find the right draft
The AI review queue filters by draft status, manual/sequence origin and invoice aging. Use the balance and planned time to decide what to review first. Access follows your workspace permissions and assigned customers.
Inside an invoice, drafts default to Needs review. Switch to History for reviewed or replaced records. Past records remain readable when workspace AI is off.
Workspace usage
Open Workspace & team → Workspace → AI settings & usage. Users with reporting access can inspect generation counts, token usage and fallback counts, filter the date range and refresh. Token counts are usage information—not a final bill or guaranteed cost estimate.
Generating again can add usage. A failed or dismissed request is not necessarily free. Fallbacks can overlap failed or invalid generation counts; do not add them as separate requests.
Turning AI off does not delete past drafts or usage. Existing template-based sequences do not need AI to produce their saved wording.
Credits and allowances
Open Billing & usage for included and purchased AI credits. Token reports and credit allowances measure different things. See AI credits for action costs and Plan limits for disabled buttons.
