Use AI assistance
Get help with wording while keeping facts and approval under your control.
AI is off by default. An authorized administrator can enable it in Workspace & team → Workspace → AI settings & usage. If the provider is unavailable, ask your Rinvayo administrator to check setup.
Useful tools
- Field helper: generate, improve, shorten or change the tone of a message or policy field. Accepting changes only that unsaved field.
- Sequence helper: describe your intended follow-up and review an editable sequence proposal.
- Invoice extraction: upload a document with explicit sharing consent, review suggested fields and choose a saved billing contact before creating an invoice. Upload walkthrough.
- Saved invoice draft: prepare wording for a particular invoice, then review and approve it separately.
Choose Friendly, Professional or Firm where offered. Verified amounts, dates, recipient details and signatures are rendered by Rinvayo, not invented by AI.
Share carefully
Do not paste passwords, bank details or unnecessary personal information into guidance or rewrite fields. Rewriting shares the selected text with the AI provider. Invoice drafting shares limited reminder context rather than automatically sending customer identity or financial details.
Requests and usage may remain recorded even if you close the helper. Closing stops the visible workflow; it does not undo a request already started.
