Connect Gmail or SMTP
Choose the business identity that sends your reminders.
Open Email centre → Mailboxes. You need mailbox-management access in the selected workspace.
Gmail
- Select the Gmail provider card.
- Choose the intended Google account.
- Review and approve the requested sending permissions.
- Return to Rinvayo and check that the mailbox is connected.
If Gmail is unavailable, ask your Rinvayo administrator to check the connection setup. Some Google accounts require administrator approval.
Custom SMTP
Choose a preset such as Hostinger, iCloud or Zoho, or select Other. Enter the sender email, SMTP host, port, encryption, username and mailbox/app password. Verify these details with your email provider; presets may need changes for your account or region.
Use the mailbox password or provider-issued app password—not your hosting-dashboard password. Use SSL/TLS or STARTTLS as instructed by the provider. Never turn off security just to bypass an error.
Manage a connection
Use Check connection to check access. Reconnect when access has expired or been revoked. Disconnecting removes saved local credentials and stops prepared sends from using that connection; history remains.
SMTP providers may not save a copy in Sent. A successful check does not prove that a future message will reach an inbox.
Mailbox allowance
The trial includes one mailbox across all providers. When that slot is occupied, new connection cards are disabled. Repairing a connected mailbox does not need another slot. Disconnecting frees it; reconnecting an already disconnected account needs a slot again. Understand plan limits.
