Use Email centre
Send from your business mailbox and keep track of results.
Email centre has two tabs:
- Compose & history: prepare a one-off invoice email and review past sends.
- Mailboxes: connect, check and manage Gmail or business SMTP accounts.
Your Rinvayo login email is separate from the mailbox used for invoice reminders. Verification, password-reset and invitation emails are also separate from connected business email.
Current mailbox connections are for sending. Rinvayo does not read customer replies in this flow. Microsoft connection is not available yet, even if its provider card is visible.
