Getting started
Which email flow should I use?
Three ways to prepare a reminder, using the same connected mailbox.
| Your goal | Where to go | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Contact a customer now | Email centre → Compose & history | Write, preview and confirm a one-off email. |
| Prepare a reminder for review | Invoice → Follow-ups → Drafts awaiting review | Generate a saved draft, edit it, then explicitly approve it. |
| Follow a repeatable schedule | Follow-up sequences | Build a sequence, then preview and activate it on an invoice. |
AI helper or saved draft?
The small AI helper suggests text for a form field. Use suggestion changes only that unsaved field. It does not create a saved invoice draft or send an email.
A saved AI draft has its own review status and revision. Standalone approval queues an email. Sequence-linked approval keeps the sequence's mailbox, design and sending window.
Avoid overlapping reminders
A one-off email does not pause or replace sequence reminders. Check the preview warning and pause separately if needed.
History labels show the sending path: One-off email, Approved AI draft, or Sequence · step N. They do not say whether the inline AI helper helped write the text.
